Terms of Service

You must agree to my TOS before the commission is startedAny violations of TOS after having agreed to it, will result in you being blacklisted.All parties involved must agree to my terms outlined here. Please respond in a timely manner, the faster you reply and approve the WIP’s you receive, the more you help my workflow.If you are unable to respond for a few hours that’s completely fine! Please notify me for any prolonged delays in response time.If you have any questions to do with anything not shown in my TOS feel free to ask :3❌You may NOT:x Sell the image I produced even though the characters belong to you, my art is for non-commercial use
x Claim the image is made by you
x Reproduce my art to be sold for ANY commercial use, this includes posters, pins, stickers etc (you are allowed to print your piece to have a physical copy, but you are NOT allowed to sell it). To have your commission produced as a print, t-shirt or any merchandise, you MUST have my written permission before doing so.
x Remove my watermark
x Use ANY of my art to train any sort of AI program.
x Under any circumstances, use any part of your finished commission for non fungible tokens. Use of my artwork for advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.x I will never sell/resell any of my work as non fungible tokens. If you see any of my work on any cryptocurrency sites it has been stolen. Please report this to me immediately.✅You MAY:o Upload any art you get from me whenever you like, credit must be given
o Use your commissioned work as a background, header, icon etc.
o Ask for an unwatermarked version to be sent to you, this version is for personal use only.
o Send me additional refs in a google drive or any file storage program
o Ask for a specific commission idea if what you want is not shown in an exampleWhat you need to commission me:– An UNSHADED ref of the character(s) in the piece (if you don’t have any other refs besides the shaded one, there needs to be flat colours along with it)
– A clear description of what you want
– A PayPal or Ko-Fi account to send paymentWork info:– I work based on my queue order until each piece is completed.
– You should expect to receive your commission within the first week of ordering (unless unforeseen complications arise, or there are larger commissions that will take more time to complete) and any delay that will cause me to take extra time will be discussed with the client asap.
– Voice your opinion early if anything seems off to you, I will not make any changes once the piece is completed.
– If a mistake is made on my end I can fix it free of charge as long as it’s minor. (ex. a marking, eye colour, or a detail that was mentioned if I forgot to add it)
– Extremely frequent edits may require an extra charge
– Major edits can only be made in sketch phase
– Please keep all WIP images to the people involved in the commission only (the people paying for the piece)Payment:– I accept payments through PayPal or Ko-Fi as soon as I finish the rough drawing and any changes have been made :3
– I won’t start on the inking (on commissions that aren't just sketches) until I have been paid in full
– I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been approvedThings that will help during the process:– For pieces with multiple characters, please state which character is which if their refs don’t have names. (Ex: Milkshake, the white fox, Kaizure the black/blue protogen etc.)
– Draw over the WIP’s you receive to help indicate exactly where you want something to be fixed
– Be specific with your edits please, vague statements like “it looks off” doesn't help.
– PLEASE GIVE ME THE HIGHEST QUALITY IMAGES YOU CAN!!Details you should keep in mind:– I love artistic freedom commissions!
– Species I LOVE: Bats and Yeens! (I will draw any species I just especially love those and love to draw them :3)
– Themes I LOVE: Relaxing / chill themes, Sunsets, Night scenes, Rain/Snow :3❌What I will NOT draw– Humans
– Gore fetishes/ Extreme gore (Cuts and blood splatters are okay)
– Racism
– Propaganda
– Anything involving NFT / A.I. images🔞About NSFW– You must be 18+ to order this type of commission
– If you’d like me to draw any specific kinks, please just ask (even if embarrassing)! Don't worry, I will never kink shame I’m pretty open to drawing most things :3!!!Please do not credit my SFW username for explicit work!!!
